  Of course there will never be one religion. Religion by it's very nature will either die out completely or continue to spew up various flavours of nonsense.

  No, because Jesus as he is described in the NT is a myth based on other myths and misuse of the OT. This is borne out by his lack of appearance over the last 2,000 years even though he said "Yes, I am coming soon" in Revelation and by various other scriptures.

  I also like the sound of the rules and guidelines.

  Regarding forum features, you'll find that most software has the 'active topics' one, and a very useful one which JWD sorely misses is 'new posts' which lists only those topics which you have not as yet read, enabling you to go straight to the new material of your choice.

  there have been countless "new forums" set up in the panic of the past few days.

  i, personally, am concerned for those i care about here.

  as a precaution first of all, do not join a forum hosted by anyone you do not know or have good reason to trust.

  Fair comments I suppose. Of course, amama2six is likely to be a genuine, helpful member who's interested in giving people a place to post and communicate, but caution is unfortunately needed on the web, especially with a relatively sensitive subject area like ex-JW'ism.
  
  For those of you unsure, bear in mind I may be starting a community site in a couple of weeks if my research and testing goes well. At least we have time to test and evaluate before we migrate to other places.
